It is a judgement which was imposed
upon you in early childhood.
It is a judgement which is intended to control you.
It is intended to stop you
from doing what you want.
It is an attempt to get you to do what others want.
Do not fall for this trap.
To put you first is not selfish.
To know what you want and to know
what you do not want is not selfish.
It is empowering.
Those who want to control you
do not want you empowered.
